It’s a new year, there are new challenges; and we must change our mindset to survive! Listen in to see what I’m referring to!

Being a teacher is tough. But, being a first year teacher is even tougher. I want to support you in anyway that I can! As a teacher, there are so many challenges and “to-dos” that arise each day. There is always something you are trying to problem solve and there are always things you want to do better. We are our own worst critiques. However, when we hear others say things about the decisions we make in our classroom, it can be even more disheartening. It makes you question all that you do and all that you stand for. But here’s the deal, you can’t believe everything you hear.
