We are back after only one episode.  There have been a lot of changes in my life career wise and I am excited to see where this podcast goes!

So we are caregivers by default.  What about ourselves?  We don't let others take care of us....  So what happens us?  Do we take care of ourselves so we can still be helpful our coworkers and most importantly our patients.
