A Great Free Course!
I started this in March 2020 with my Covid horse, Firefly. I was kept from the barn because of changing regulations so I kept my girl at home and started re-starting her from the ground up using clicker training and this podcast along the way. She was semi-feral, buddy sour, and had a lot of opinions and resistance. Luckily for me she adored her treats and was very food motivated.
Five years later she is my unicorn horse and I can trust her with my kindergartener with a hackamore and is my heart horse.
Even doing this a little awakens a thinking and problem solving center of the equine brain and will change your relationship, I 100% believe this!
I too wish that this podcast would come back but there’s not much Shawna has left out and I can’t want to see her next time at a clinic when she comes back to Oregon!!

So good!!!👍
This is the best podcast ever!!! Pleas make more!!! (Well I would also recommend “Heels down happy hour” but that is another story). I do not have a horse now but I plan on getting one in the next couple of years. And I will totally do this with my horse! Also I realized I can do this with my rabbit!!! My killer is in the mail and I will start as soon as it gets here. YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!! 💕❤️
P.S. Alec should have killer trained the black!🤣

Absolutely excellent
This podcast is well-produced in every aspect. The trainer is an excellent, clear communicator. The format is innovative and useful; really cannot overemphasize the usefulness of this step-by-step guide to - the very complex - subject of positive reinforcement training with equines. This podcast has helped me avoid the pitfalls of positive reinforcement training with horses. Indispensable.
