Hi there! My name is Tiffany and I am a 200 RYT. Join me as we discuss yogic logic, meditation and anything yoga! My intention is to ignite hope in people listening and help them to understand they aren’t alone. I welcome anyone with unconditional positive regard for them, promoting self actualization.
