On this episode of Enneagram+Yoga, Kat and Christy interview Katharine Howe Toledano. We talk with Katharine about being an Enneagram 7, her recent yoga school experience and speak with her about the strengths and fallabilities of all 9 types as yoga teachers. You don't have to be a yoga teacher to listen, because the gifts and struggles of each type will likely relate to your experience in your respective job. Rev. Katharine Toledano is a spiritual seeker, yogi, journeydancer and a Type 7 enneagram enthusiast. After starting her career as an architect, Katharine attended Yale Divinity School and became an ordained minister. She worked at Erlanger Hospital for six years as a chaplain for the oncology unit and later for Women and Children. She trained at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health to become a JourneyDance Guide and leads transformational movement classes in Chattanooga. Most recently, she has nearly completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Chattanooga Yoga School.
