The Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) has just launched the world’s first and much anticipated MDMA-Assisted Therapy Training Program. Their first 14-week training session has enrolled over 300 therapists, which is an unprecedented number when it comes to a new psychotherapy that is currently only in the process of being legalized by the FDA, Health Canada, etc. Our guest Shannon Carlin is the Chief of Therapy Training at the MAPS Public Benefit Corporation, and we had an amazing talk about the MAPS training program, MDMA Therapy, organizational integrity, love, and healing.
