Sarah Pender is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach whose one true love is watching people find their power and making lifelong changes. She believes that health and fitness is meant to be an individual, enjoyable experience without guilt and disappointment. Understanding how culture and generational trauma affects our experiences is also something she emphasizes in her coaching. Sarah is an advocate for balance and moderation in her health journey and wants to encourage everyone to find that for themselves.
