Redirecting my energy and redirecting the podcast!!

I dislocated my knee the first day of my break and had to have surgery again. Happy new year I missed you guys and I know you missed me too ;)

I thought about being a woman in Jamaica and scared myself.

I took a break for the first time in a while recently. You should too.

I decided to open up more on social media and it gave me a panic attack but I love it.

I asked people around me to tell me ways they would like their friends to be better to them.

for my first episode I wanted to talk about good moods and how important it is to take advantage of them.
