Do you ever feel like something lurks inside of you? Feeding off of you? All the negativity, all the pain, all of the dark moments?

This is a poem about not hiding yourself and to be OK with who you are as everything that has happened or will happen, will shape the person you are/become. 

When words and actions strike like lightning. 

She is my foundation, my muse, my everything. 

We all have that beast inside that drives us to do things we may/may not want to. This is my beast. 

When you can't stop but hear the disaster again and again.

When you just can't deal with the toxicity of others around you telling you how to live and deal with everything that's going on. Maybe now they can understand what goes on. 

This poem is about the love of my life and how it can shape what we do for it.
