Thorald - this episode was informative as well as deeply moving for me. As a parent i see myself everyday in my children which is such a pleasure. Although like many my childhood had it's heavy doses of disfuction, fear and trauma and for whatever reason i have viewed it all as benifiting me. I was diginosted with ptsd, not a suprise and through the work i do, i have been healing myself and able to move about my days with a sense of calm and self love.
