January 31st marks 7 years since the only arrest pertaining to the collapse at the Algo Centre Mall was executed. Nineteen months had past since the partial roof collapse of the Algo Centre Mall in Elliot Lake. The Ontario Provincial police had been investigating the collapse since July 2012.
