Love the podcast and you two are doing a great job. However, sometimes I feel that you circle and circle around some subjects instead of going at it full force. Too many circles and not going to the point.

i love to listen. BUT i know Jared has a “system” of how he wants to talk about things. but i think he’s all over the topics and doesn’t actually talk about the subject, he’s like talking around them.

Jared most everyone is magnesium deficient and you may benefit from supplementing magnesium for stress and sleep. I would start taking magnesium glycinate, I get mine off amazon from pure encapsulations. Vitamin K (MK-7) is very important for heart health and should also be supplemented. Lastly, I highly suggest you read the book vitamin e: the key to a healthy heart by Miles H. Robinson. If you cant find the book I will even mail you my copy as I’ve already read it. I’ve experienced various health problems throughout my life. I was once afraid of dying in my sleep when I was very ill in the past. I have lots of empathy for you and hope you can get back to feeling normal. Your body is definitely telling you something & I wish you the best of luck.

Hi Jared... I’m not telling you this to scare you, but I want you to be safe. First of all, stress can kill you. You sound very stressed about your heart so you need solid answers to confirm that you’re not going to “die in your sleep.” First of all, tests can be wrong! My sister had an EKG because her heart was hurting all the way through to her shoulder blades. The EKG showed “slight” blockage so they ordered an angiogram. She had the angiogram and they found that one of her arteries was 100% blocked! The EKG was wrong! They didn’t even let her go home. She had open heart surgery the next day; a quintuple bypass. In other words, she had four other blocked arteries besides the one that was 100% blocked. They saved her life. The body is smart. It actually grows a temporary artery to take place of the artery that was 100% blocked. How long that temporary artery would have kept her alive we are not sure. She is fine now; thank the good Lord. Please go see a cardiologist and make sure there isn’t a real reason you are feeling heart pain. My sister thought it was stress as well. Good luck to you. I’m sure you are fine, but getting that confirmed from a cardiologist will probably relieve a lot of your stress. God Bless, Judi

Guys thank you so much for this podcast! I enjoy listening so much. I actually looking forward every time I get in the car. I wish you guys would do more often but I understand how busy you are and can only imagine how much work it takes “behind the scenes” :). The contents are great and helpful, I would say as a parent of a 6 and 7 yr old. It is really good to know some times different ways of parenting and maybe even encourage us to try something different. And you are right! As a parent we learn every day! Any ways... I am caught up and waiting for more....😉

When I was growing up my mom never had the sex talk with me I learned it in class we had sex Ed but I’m glad you were open with your kids they do need to learn stuff like that and that no means no you are great pearents

Ellie & Jared are such an amazing couple who have taken us on their journeys through infertility to having three beautiful boys to real life issues of depression, anxiety, incredible highs, devastating lows and everything in between. Through it all they’ve kept it real and it’s been so refreshing. This particular podcast episode is thoughtful and bittersweet but for Ellie & Jared it is so incredibly necessary. I love your emotions, your thoughts, your resilience through everything. I adore you both and wish you the absolute best. This is just the beginning of a new chapter and I’m excited for you.

I loved that part that jared talked about Casey nisat*sp* and I love the idea and a video on the ellie and Jared channel that’s occasional updates like every 2-3 months or every month or every other month. I have been listening to this podcast series for about a week now and it is very calming and relatable. I love listening to in morning when I wake up and get ready for the day! One thing I love is that I can walk to school and keep listening! I flew from Michigan to see Dr Jones in January and he said I was the WORST he had ever seen. I have a BLESSED LIFE but just didn’t care anymore. I’ve watched you guys for years on youtube.. never listened to podcasts before until now. I’m a stay at home mom which I love! But sometimes I’m so out of the loop with parenting and sometimes I feel like I’m just flying in the wind hoping I’m not completely failing. Listening to you guys is so reassuring in so many ways!
