Take action thats the first step, you don't need to fully master something before taking action build a strategy that works for you as you test and go alone. Give yourself an outline of what needs to be done but you'll learn better as your moving and building momentum.  Lack of action I feel comes from fear of failing and insecurities. Realise you need to embrace failure because you'll only become more wiser from it. Ask yourself Why? & Are you Happy doing what you are doing ? Align this with goals you have and this will put you on a much more focused path that won't give you the common syndrome of bunny hopping from one thing to the next most attractive thing.  This is something that helped and given me more direction lately.
