As official federal, state and local government sources, to include the CDC, show the “flattening” of the curve in many communities across America, business owners and nonprofit executive directors are beginning to have hope that they will be able to open again soon.
With this exciting development in mind, Mike recommends you begin to prepare NOW with strategies and promotional tools to let customers know when and what you will be doing to reopen your business and/or nonprofit.
During this podcast you will find useful tips in rebuilding public confidence and support. This episode is a must listen!

I first blogged this topic in 2013 and still believe today that we remain in a new and ever-changing age of photography.
With the continual evolution of both stand-alone digital cameras and new models of smartphones coming out for the holidays, by gosh, there doesn’t seem to be an end in sight of this technological revolution!

Effective marketing requires using multiple channels and approaches to deliver your company message to your target audience. Merely buying a billboard or setting up Google Ad may not be enough to reach your target audience. New to the mix in recent years is "Geo-Fencing".
Mike goes over some of the benefits of using geo-fencing technologies.

Our firm believes:
Families should have the right at all times to be treated with dignity and respect by the media.
Nearly every day, after a tragic incident that makes news, families are asked by reporters for an interview. Just Google "Sutherland Springs, Texas Church shooting" to find countless media reports where family members are being asked to comment with regards to this November 5, 2017 shooting.
Sometimes these requests are just after they (the media) ambush family members at their front door, or see them entering their vehicle or have access to their phone number -- leaving countless messages to grant access for an interview.
We believe that families have rights to be treated with dignity and respect at all times after an incident that propels them into the global media eye.
Often, families dealing with grief or shock do not know that they can take a stand when it comes to the news media.
In the second of a Two Part podcast series, Mike offers additional recommendations to review before deciding to make comments to the news media.

Newspapers, blogs, TV stations, radio and social media news outlets all operate on completely different news cycles.
This cycle is day and night.
There was a time when you had 24 hours to react to an event or make a statement before the media picked what you said or released appeared to viewers, readers or listeners. Now, you have 24 seconds.
In this podcast, Mike briefly explains the news cycle and how to anticipate it and work in harmony with it.
