31: Post Show Godspell 1
Prepare ye the way! Now that my first musical has come and gone, it’s time to recap a few highlights. My gal pal and former cast mate Katie Reyes along with Marisa Heckler (our choreographer) join me here in episode 31. We had fun catching up and remembering moments on the journey we took together performing Godspell the musical. We Learned our Lessons well as we Blessed the Lord, Day by Day. Our hope for this episode is that something stands out to you, that you can grab a hold of to be encouraged in your life. Pictures matching our conversation can be seen on Instagram, posted on May 2nd. You are strong and you can do hard things! #eleavtelifewithangie.

30: Truth is
So often in life we are buried underneath a pile of lies. No one is immune to this. No matter what our background or history is we have all been exposed to lies in one form or another. These lies come in many forms. From people directly communicating words to us, to things that we see and hear. In any event, a lie is a lie. And the only thing to get us out of a lie, is the truth. This episode is focused on Truth. I felt led to create an episode to accomplish one simple thing. To share some foundational truth about who you ARE. In hopes to silence the voice of lies that we all struggle with. My hope is that you feel seen, known, and comforted as you listen to this message. I am with you, I am for you. You are strong, you can do hard things. #elevatelifewithangie

29: A man and his will to survive
Eric Bando and I reunite once again for another honest conversation about life. In this episode we share experiences that we are currently working through. He shares his powerful revelation on the word release. If you are having trouble letting go of something, or someone, if you are making decisions based on fear, this episode is for you! Do you need to be in control and always have your way? Or are you closely connected to someone who functions this way? We understand 100%. There is no shame or judgment here dear one. Whether you are on the giving or receiving end of this hardship, we understand. Letting go is hard, and honestly sucks. However, control creates fear. And fear produces more control. If we don’t interrupt the pattern we will stay stuck. I know that’s not what we want as a people. There are other options beloved. I hope you enjoy this episode as much as we enjoyed creating it. Please let me know how this episode affects you. Even if you have a negative reaction please let me know. I am open to hearing about your experience because you matter. I love you. 28: What am I waiting for?
When you are presented with an opportunity to do something new, or scary, or uncomfortable what do you do? What choice do you make? Even if you do nothing and don't DO the thing in front of you, even that is making a choice. Here is episode 28 you'll hear my true story of when I simply tried. Sometimes we are so use to playing small and not living in the arena. We have grown accustom to participating with limited thinking, which holds us back in life. We don't intend to do this, but this tends to be what happens especially if we do not surround ourselves with critical thinkers, and open minded individuals, who want more in life. In this episode, it's more then likely that you will be able to relate in one from or another. As always thank you for listening. Remember to follow me at "Elevate Life with Angie." I'd love to hear from you, please let let know how this episode effects you. Please rate, review, subscribe and share! You are strong, you can do hard things!

27: Beauty from ashes - Char McAllister
“I wasn’t a bad mom, but I did hurt them.” said Char McAllister here in episode 27. I love this simple and powerful ownership. We as parents aren’t always willing to be this honest for different reasons. Maybe we are embarrassed, ashamed, or we are afraid of being exposed. . But Char McAllister is open and honest about her journey in this episode. As a fellow podcaster and mother of 2 beautiful woman she has sang with some of the most well known gospel artist of our time, and I had the honor of having her join me today. With her smooth and silky voice we laugh, get real, and enjoyed our time together discussing topics like letting go, sex, and permission. Char as her friend call her, is an instrument used by God to influence the world. Be sure to follow her on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/chardreamsmusic/ and on Youtube at youtube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCE-8GcMrrCrxLHKYo-Ri_Aw Remember you are strong and you can do hard things! 26: Life after Karen
So what do we do After the chaos of a relational mess? Here's a follow up episode for you. Marisa joined me once again. I wanted to see where she's at a few weeks after her Karen experience. If you haven't herd episode #25, please do so before hearing #26. Sometimes we only hear the highlights of the negative part of a relational entanglement. But it's really important to follow up, and process afterwards. As usual like all guests on ELWA, Marisa is very open and honest about her process and where she's at. We laugh, I cry and little, and we also touch on deep places of our hearts and humanity. Thanks for joining us, I am so glad to have you here! You are valuable and important. 25: The True Story of Christian Karen
"In your anger you have lost your humanity" is her conclusion of the woman who was harassing her. When a 26 years old is expressing her sadness and "Karen" responds with data and her personal opinion, this creates division and strife. We're gonna dive right into this true story in Episode 25. You will hear a different side of me and might not like or agree with today's message. Just a heads up for you. This is not a political or racial episode, but it IS about humanity and how we are treating each other overall. If you can agree that we all have a lot to learn on how to treat each other, you will benefit from this episode. If you can acknowledge that it would help everyone if we'd listen, learn, grow, and change then this episode is for you! Please drop me a message if this episode helps you in anyway. 24: No Limits
I have discovered that most of us have internal beliefs creates limitations in our lives. How often do you find yourself shrinking back, staying quiet, and not taking action? This can happen in any area of life, your marriage, at work, or maybe in practical ways. Like wanting to buy the expensive bra, or walking up to the handsome man who's not wearing a wedding ring to strike up a conversation. We want to do these things, but don't. Have you asked yourself why? We have unintentionally adopted these limited beliefs about ourselves and about what is possible. Here in episode 24 I brought back one of my closest friends, my mom! Your invited to hit play and laugh with us as we have dialogue about limited thinking. Here are the links we mention in this episode.  Follow me on social media @elevatelifwithangie and let me know how this episode effects you, I'd love to hear from you. 23: Self Sabotage Pt.2 Ice Cream & Starting Over
For Self Sabo part 2 I've decided to tell on myself. Since transparency is such a part of my value system, I figured I'd show up warts and all. When we are not being fully honest about our struggles it's easy to spiral into shame and self judgement. I have discovered shrinking back and hiding from our flaws does not help us grow. Life is a journey and we will always have ups and downs. Even still, we can choose to be brave enough to look at our struggles. Self Sabotage can be a lifestyle if we are not aware of it. For me on my own journey it's important for me to be willing to acknowledge the truth. That's what I have done in this episode. Thanks for listening, I sincerely hope you get something good out of it. Please let me know how this episode effects you. 22: Self Sabotage Pt. 1
I just had to bring you another episode with my friend Eric Bando. Eric is a fellow Life/Wholeness Coach, who has some great insight around self sabotage. We all have behaviors either knowingly or unknowingly that produce self sabotage. Once again in this episode you will hear that Eric is very open and transparent.  He shares about his own journey through self sabotage, limited beliefs and fear. If you have a pulse and are breathing I believe you will relate to the dialogue in this episode. Below are the links and resources we refer to in this episode. Jason Vallatton https://www.braveco.org/. Self sabotage  assessment https://www.positiveintelligence.com/assessments/.  How to Transform Self Sabotage Into Self Improvement https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVWAUpfezIA&t=882s . Regarding this youtube clip please note that I do not endorse hypnotherapy specifically. Some of the concepts do line up with my own techniques, however when I work with clients I do not get my results from any form of hypnosis.  I discovered this video as a listener of Dr. Ramani. Please follow me @elevatelifewithangie.
