Ross is an Online Physique Coach & Mentor, and is the Head Prep Coach at Team Pro Coach. He's also a competitive Bodybuilder, and will be making his return to stage this year after 5 years. He's also a very good friend of mine and someone I respect hugely, both professionally and personally.
