Huge fan of Jason’s videos and podcasts so this is mind-blowing! Sometimes I consider Jason to be my mentor

Jason does a good job( overall) carrying his podcast—they are never the same lengths some are in his car—closet—soccer practice and are his opinion usually—and read his positive comments before the start…ect. .( it doesn’t matter to me really ) I’m not a fan of his sarcastic approach or teaching—-at times and or his political or social bomb drops every so often.( I do not take marital advice from Taylor swift—and do not care for her actually) Jason apparently 100% loves her and her documentary and thinks we all should 🤷 ***BUT over all he has real good insight and career advice and in person training classes, him and his Oregon based company provide.***✌️😊 10-15 update Yep Jason still loves to use his platform to preach non construction political issues— Perfect timing too—3 weeks before voting.

Love the directness and candid comments/thoughts. Easy to know the stance being taken and can use it to challenge what we think we know.

This is definitely a must for those starting out in the construction industry!

I love this podcast and the tips, tricks and insights Jason Schroeder shares to be successful in the construction industry. Schroeder really knows what he’s talking about, the complexity of how many elements interact and how to make specific, intentional changes that will effect results. I have gained so much clarity and insights from listening to and learning from these podcasts. I am fully onboard with all of Schroeder advise and it has motivated me to seek out more training, be more intentional with everything I do and some day be known as a master builder.

I wish this podcast was around 16 years ago when I started my career in construction! (I also wish it didn’t take me 2 years to find it - I feel like I’m behind and playing catch up!). I have recommended this to all my peers in my network. I have forwarded on to my company leadership as well! Keep up the great work Jason and thank you so much for doing what you do every day!

This podcast is nothing short of amazing. It’s become my standard listening fare for my commutes back and forth from work and is a resource that I’d like to see utilized by more construction professionals. I’m constantly suggesting that my peers, PM, contract administrator, and even my boss listen to these and rebuild the culture of our company around the principles discussed in these podcasts.

I actually have a request, could you touch on relationships between contractor and suppliers? What do you think drives a relationship with a ready mixed suppliers? Is it the sales representative? The wisdom in these podcasts is worth listening to, even though I don’t know much about construction.

I have been a general foreman for 20 years and thought I knew everything. But after listening to Jason I learned to become more efficient and leaving no waste. Without having to yell at my men like the old days in order to get things done.episode 76 is best one yet.

I’ve listened to every single one of these, and I can say that these have amazing content. The advice is priceless. Even if you are not in construction, there is much to be learned here.

Awesome, great information at the end of every episode you will feel motivated I totally recommend it. There few people with a lot experience that like share their knowledge to help the others to grow and Jason is one of them.
