coaching with EvanEmail: [email protected] to Beat Seasonal AllergiesSpring has sprung, bringing about beautiful flowers, baby animals, and unfortunately loads of pollen! For those of you who develop seasonal allergies, you already know that this increase in pollen means puffy/watery eyes, runny noses, sneezing, itchy throats, and congested airways. For many people seasonal allergies is an annual hardship that destroys your sleep and makes it practically impossible to breathe through your nose. However, I believe that this doesn't have to be the case! I personally developed seasonal allergies a few years ago which I didn't even realize was a possibility, and it did a number on me. After dealing with seasonal allergies for a year, I decided enough was enough and it was time to get down to the root cause of these seasonal allergies and be rid of them for good!In this episode I cover What allergies areThe connection of the microbiome to allergies What I did to get rid of seasonal allergiesWhat I would do now if I had seasonal allergiesDisclaimer:This podcast is for educational purposes only, it is not a substitute for professional care by a doctor or other qualified medical professional.
