Had a chance to talk to local pro MMA fighter Eric Iman this past weekend. Known this guy for a while and was stoked to get him in to talk and learn about the approach/mindset of a fighter. I know how much I love competition as a Pitcher- but anyone who squares up in the ring or cage is the definitive example of a competitive athlete. Not to mention this dude is 41 years old, in the best shape of his life, and took 4 fights this year alone. A hell of a nice guy, and an absolute beast- if I ever get caught in a sketchy situation I got this dude on speed dial.
