Favorite Podcast!!!
I stumbled upon this podcast when the Alien RPG came out. However, I went back to the beginning and have found a wealth of great information and content. Every episode is packed with the right amount of banter and discussion. Keep up the great work!!!

Best RPG Podcast
This is by far my favorite gaming podcast. After a long break from gaming, I found the Effekt podcast and it brought me back to the hobby. Thanks to Dave and Matthew I’m into all of the Free League titles and I now own all of them except for Coriolis (ironically). It’s next up in the queue. A few high points for me have been the episodes regarding the Grindbone tournament for Forbidden Lands, their interviews with Matias, the lead for Symbaroum, and everything Vaesen. I’m looking to more great episodes from this duo. Great show.

Great stuff, ignore the background noises
I want to rate this higher, but the background noises really pull away from the quality of the topics. Mic is too close to a bowl of M&Ms (at least that is what it sounds like) and can hear the clacking of coins and dice in a players hands during the live play episodes.
But everything else is wonderful. Thanks for putting together your podcast guys. If you could change these few things, your show would get higher ratings for sure!! Keep it up.

Great Topics, Terrible Quality
I've listened to all the episodes so far (Up to "We are the Light of Peace", and while most of the normal episodes are alright, when it comes to their actual play episodes - they just shouldn't. The audio quality is well below terrible. Fires crackling, players mumbling and sudden 100 dB laughter makes those episodes downright painful to listen to.
The games they cover include all my favorites, and I appreciate the viewpoints and ideas they bring. The problem they often have it tangential off-topic musings. Matt & Dave have a good interaction, but when they wander off-topic, they both seem to merrily follow each other. Perhaps a script, or a list of topics before the episode starts to keep them on target?

Interesting subject matter but too much chewing and clattering of plates.

Great Coriolis Inspiration and Discussion
A great discussion of the coriolis RPG setting and gameplay, with rules analysis, suggestions for new NPCs, locations, and character development, and some recaps of the hosts' home campaigns used as explanations of how the game actually works at the table. The hosts have slightly differing takes on the game, which is great, as their back-and-forth on the core ideas of Coriolis can help a listener decide what kind of Coriolis game is right for your own home game. Great!

Well done!
The show is well organized and the hosts do a good job mixing prepared parts with extemporaneous discussion. Great intro to the game. Looking forward to more!

A much needed Coriolis Companion
What a great start to a Coriolis themed podcast. I really hope you guys continue to make it. I already swiped a story hook (the cat) for my planned campaign. And I really enjoy your feedback and experiences with the rules and system. My only feedback would be to increase the volume/output of the final audio file. I had to blast this in my car during my commute to hear it over minimal road noise. Cheers!
