How much commitment do you actually need?
In this episode I share something a coachee asked me this week and a rule I've drawn on for years to answer it: your commitment needs to be 1% greater than your excuses.
I unpack why 'enough commitment' isn't fixed but dynamic, why a setback is data rather than a verdict, and the crucial difference between an excuse and a reason; one that, get it wrong, tips you straight into toxic positivity and burnout. I close with a simple experiment you can run this week, including the £1m test, to sharpen your own commitment when it matters most.
