Death is certain for every human but the means by which it comes differs. The rate of death by suicide is on the rise. This episode features a spokenword and short motivation to restore hope and discourage whoever may be struggling with depression and having thoughts of suicide from taking such negative action. I am a survivor. I have had several battles with suicide after the loss of my mum at age 12. From a personal point of view, a lot of people are suffering in silence having nobody to talk to or share their worries with. Is suicide the best option? NO!
