In this episode the Dynamic Determined Divas unite to reflect on their journey since the beginning of Project Empowerment. They spill the T on everything from the slap heard around the world, to things that bring about pleasure, food porn and how this project has brought them all closer together.

Violence between women is a sad reality that traumatizes for generations.  We discuss violent relationships between mothers/daughters/ siblings/peers/co-workers and why it is the primary option to resolve issues.

'U=U' refers to Undetectable HIV viral load equals Untransmittable. What does this mean to Black women living with HIV? 

 Violence is the use of physical force so as to injure, abuse, damage, or destroy. Why is violence so prevalent and accepted in our society? We are serving the hottest T today exploring the space violence occupies our lives.

Stigma is a mark of disgrace associated with a particular circumstance, quality, or person according to Oxford. We share our experiences with stigma living as Black Cisgender and Transgender women within this society.

Relationships are never easy as Disney and Hollywood portray.  We discuss the cultural realities of formulating and maintaining relationships with family, partners and peers.

Black Cisgender women openly discuss the various moods they experience related to hormonal changes and living with HIV.  Black Transwomen provide empathetic support to their sisters as they intersect through similar experiences.
