Jason is one of the most sharing and down to earth people there is his kind heart is translated into his passion for health and being surrounded by it his whole life. However Jason suffered heavy metal toxicity were he had to search for someone who knew how to get this extremely dangerous toxin from his body. Through his search he met many incredible functional health practitioners from all around the world. This book was super insightful one filled with wisdom. Jordan is a Canadian author, clinical psychologist, and scholar. He is a professor of psychology at the University of Toronto. After 2016, he gained attention for his outspoken views on cultural and political issues.
10/10 for learnings and overall growth from the book
intermediate - advanced reader was quite hard to read at some stages but was well worth the new learnings.

This book is beautiful 10/10.
second 10/10 of the book review so far.
This booked helped me a-lot during the past 3 months with guidance on staying true to yourself and the mission. It took me 3 months to read on average about 1-6 pages a night. First hand cover book i have reviewed.
The book is great for anyone who is on a mission because it tells a beautiful story about a guy on a mission and allows you to relate to certain situations.
