Love the show. The host do a great job and the guest provide incredible insight into EM field.

If you want to learn about all sorts of interesting aspects of emergency management, exploring details that you might not have considered, you can either attend a bunch of long conferences and try not to fall asleep or you can listen to Dukes of Hazards. I’ve listened to nearly every episode and I have been very entertained so far. My favorite aspect is that the guests come from a variety of backgrounds, public, private, and academic sectors included. Keep it up!

The Dukes bring a great dose of humor to conversations about Emergency Management. Episodes will appeal to anyone in the profession as well as those with a casual interest in disaster preparedness. I look forward to more conversations and stories from diverse guests on the show.

I have now listened to every Episode of "the dukes". I really enjoyed the evolution of the show, Mitch and Andrew are funny and have gotten tons of incredible guests. They simultaneously reveal the soft underbelly of emergency management and aspire to be better.

Mitch and Andrew someohow take boring, mundane subjects and make them fun and exciting. Great senses of humor and really interesting topics. Definitely worth a listen!!

We will all experience something in our lives at some point that will require someone who has put a lot of thought into a situation. We, the laymen and women, are the first line of defense and it's important to understand how these emergency management systems work. It's much easier to be a team player if you know the rules of the game. While I work in what might seem to be a completely unrelated field I am responsible the well being and safety of mass amounts of unsuspecting people. They don't even know what I have done for them to ensure their safety. For me to get better at my job I have been studying Emergency Mgmt has somewhat of a cause and effect sequence. If I do my job correctly, emergency management should never come into existence. However accidents happen in my field and while they don't happen on the local, regional, national or international scale as broken down in the podcast- the lessons taught can be equally applied. And Drones.

This is a great show. Well worth your time.... While I know these two guys which may increase the humor content, it will be fun for everyone. Get in a few laughs and also gain some good emergency management knowledge. Both have strong backgrounds and bring a ton of smarts to the subject.
