Why live by these rules anyway?
When we are being our fear we need crutches to lean on to ensure us we will survive and protect what we've come to believe must be protected. our rules enable a set of strategies which we use to psychologically delude ourselves into thinking we are secure.
Perfectionism, self-judgement, judgement of others, righteousness, cynicism and resentment are all fostered by our rules. They are so much of us on the Path of Fear that we are not even conscious of them, yet they have licked our behaviors into permanent unquestionable autopilot....
