I spend a considerable amount of time in organizations helping Leaders discover what they didn't know they knew. Including those things that they believed to be true that were false.
The conscious mind has the ability to process 7 pieces of information per minute. The unconscious mind can process 300,000 in the same time. Most of this vast library of information is carried in the unconscious, that part of the brain "we don't know", or the right brain, the non linear, non verbal part of our brains. At any moment we are exposed to 2 billion pieces of information. All of this information helps us, our organizatiosn and communities discover what we don't know. Let's explore further.
