We need to remember that we have all been programmed with a lifetime of instruction, socialization, and linear, analytical and quantitative thinking.

One of the biggest challenges we face in learning to lead from the heart, lead from our spirits is to become aware when our automatic behavioural responses are activated. Once we begin to to identify situations that pull us out of our heart space, or begin to recognise our own symptoms, we can begin to know what we need to do "to keep our faith."
