Leading from the Heart is about choosing Courage over fear in ourselves, our workplace and communities.
Our Pandemic world has raised a palatable level of fear within our communities. This introductory podcasts offers a prescription for transformation around four concepts:
1. There are 2 paths in Life - the path of fear and the Path of Courage
2. Leaders must their own internal work before they can the catalyst for community transformation.
3. Organizational change and leadership development should begin by focusing on being rather than doing.
4. A community atmosphere the encourages wholeness and growth of spirit result in a society that is healthier in mind, spirit and body.
