Detecting maladaptive manipulation of parents toward their children can be challenging, as it often involves subtle and covert tactics. However, there are some signs and red flags that may indicate unhealthy manipulation. 

If you are someone who suspects you have experienced or are still experiencing manipulation from your parents, or if you are a parent wanting to make sure you do not use manipulation toward your children, this Episode is for you.
