Are you someone when interacting with others, you are often worried about how they're viewing you than you are investing in the conversation? More often than not, you feel debilitating anxiety, you can't help but rehash everything, and beat yourself up.  Are you someone who obsess over every move made and every word spoken because you realise that you are not an active listener?  Is it possible that you confuse auditioning  with connecting when conversing with others? It seems like the only way you can ever please others is by having to be a doormat - can't say "no".

Moreover, you  impulsively and excessively agree with others during a conversation. You'd rather agree, fit in, not rock the boat, stroke someone's ego, tell them what you think they want to hear, etc. etc., than be honest, be yourself, and voice your opinion.

If the above describe your thoughts and behaviours, then most likely you are suffering from the diesease to please.  Then, this Episode is for you.  Come join Dr BB and learn more about this debilitating disease and learn ways to cure it.
