First Episode in 2022.  Dr BB shares one of her teachers' teachings on New Year Eve (Sadhguru of Isha Kriya.)  "Time will not ask anyone's permission to roll on. We all have twenty-four hours per day.  So another new year, what shall I do? Resolutions? I would like you to consider twenty-four hours as one year.  In great celebration today.  Treat everyday as a year cycle of time.  Big celebraion every night you go to bed.  Everyday is worthy of celebration, not just first day of the year. Time is rolling away, that means life is rolling away. This is nature of life!"
