Dr BB continues to educate audience on the Four Phases (Cycle) of Narcissistic Abuse: 1) Idealize, Honeymoon or Love Bombing; 2) Devalue or Demean; 3) Discard; and 4) Hoover Maneuver.
Audience learns the narcissist's agenda in each of the phases and how their behaviours and manipulation impact on suvivors.
If you discover you are experiencing a narcissistic abusive relationship, no matter who they are: Good friend, spouse, family member, romantic partner, boss, employees, etc. The best way to manage the relationship (if you so choose to stay) is: 1) Not to take it personally, and 2) Draw and establish strong boundaries.
Narcissists are characteristically obtuse, however, they do have a learning curve. So establish strong boundaries with them is vital for your own mental health if you choose to stay in contact with them.
