Dr BB believes we don't talk enough about the basics --- human needs, and so, she has decided to talk about it with you. She shares with her audience the three schools of thought about this topic - Human Needs. The three schools of thought are: Maslow's Hierarcy of Needs; Tony Robbins' Four Primal Ego Needs Plus Two Spiritual Needs; Dr BB's Five A's of Needs. After learning these three schools of thought on human needs, most likely the next logical question is to ask: Now that we have learned the basics about human needs, what's that got to do with mental illness?
If you are indeed curious to find out, come join Dr BB and she will explain in this two part episodes on Childhood Adverse Experiences & Human Needs - Part 1 (Episode 56) and 2 (will be next Episode 57.)
