Stuart Bostic and I have been friends since high school. We've grown up together. Shared victories and success together and shared in life's disappointments.   Stuart is outgoing and optimistic. His thoughts go through a rigorous process before he accepts them as his official opinion. If you don't have an opinion on a subject, not to worry, Stu is always happy to share his.  But he also likes to hear the thoughts and opinions of others.In this episode, we discuss the many facets of friendship and the different depths. He also shares one good way to lose his friendship. I introduce you to my Dope Friend, Stuart Bostic.

Jaydn James is a rising senior at North Carolina A&T University majoring in Sports Journalism.  She is also my daughter.  Jaydn chronicles her love affair with sports on her blog Inspired by so many talented female black journalists Jaydn created a t-shirt with their names on it and wore it proudly.  Recently, she had the opportunity to meet one of the national sportscasters that she follows Taylor Rooks and presented her with one of the shirts. She also got the chance to meet and talk to  North Carolina native and NBA great Chris Paul.On this episode, Jaydn discusses her love for God, family and sports.

He wears LOTS of hats, both literally and figuratively, but he's truly one of the dopest individuals that I have the pleasure of knowing. No cap.  He is a father, a husband, a mentor, community leader, podcaster, former educator,  and most likely a future lawmaker.His energy for doing right by those to whom he has pledged his time and devotion seems to be boundless.  He currently serves as the executive director for Lowcountry Youth Services which guides such initiatives as The Distinguished Gentlemen's Club a mentoring program for young men.(If you would like to help the non-profit group's efforts please check out its latest fundraiserThousand Strong: Many hands make for light work.) 

Freddie Harmon is a college friend who has a knack for keeping up with EVERYONE!! He sends Christmas cards. He randomly texts and calls.  And when you need him he's always available. Freddie has somewhat of a superpower I think when it comes to staying connected with his friends, so I asked him how he does it on this episode of the Dope Friends Podcast.
