I really want to like this show-I need this perspective and scam economy was one of the few podcasts at the time diving deep into the crypto grift. But for the love of god mute your gross mouth sounds-I really don’t need to hear you drinking your soda on air. And please edit out the long pauses of dead air. Half the time I check to see if I’m getting a phone call because they’re just silence for way too long.

Matt Binder is the life of the party, no matter how terrible current events, play his podcast and have a laugh.

Matt has great guests and gives them time to cover issues most podcasters don’t know about yet. He’s ahead of the curve.

Very happy to leave a 5 star review. I started listening about a year ago and I really appreciate a content producer who puts the big picture ahead of any personal political beliefs. At the heart of partisanship, the big truth is both parties are essentially the same in their greatest faults…. They all speak from both sides of their mouths, and expect blind allegiance to….well…. blind their constituents from holding their leaders, their parties, AND their media accountable when it’s inconvenient. So I appreciate a program and a producer who routinely opt at exposing hypocrisy, stupidity, and the satire which is our socio-political world over any personal ideology. This type of content keeps the listener on their toes, critically thinking, and hopefully chuckling to themselves as we collectively realize how far pragmatism and public servitude has bent its knee to power and money. This past episode about Meta Facebook and Trumps Twitter was one of my favorites. Keep up the good work, stay grounded, and open minded… It’s a very rare quality - to present some of the heaviest and most important issues/stories of the day, while also staying whimsical, inviting to a wide audience, and most importantly not taking yourself too too seriously at the same time. Well done sir.

We do seem to be politically doomed right now…. Why not be well informed and maybe find a community that understands… seriously amazing guests. Matt is one of the best content providers out there for political analysis. Not your Dad’s media type.

I thoroughly enjoy this podcast and many others that Will Sommer and Jared Holt appear on as we watch and are somehow constantly amazed at the right wing. Love the chatter and am sometimes shocked at how I’m still shocked at the rhetoric and grift…

I look forward to Doomed every week (which I found by way of Jared Holt’s Sh!tipsy podcast) and it never lets me down. Matt covers a wide array of topics, movements, political and social figures, and does it in a way that’s informative, engaging, and typically pretty humorous. Through this podcast I’ve found a number of other politically focused podcasts and countless journalists, authors, and media personalities to follow. It’s always a source of useful information, it’s very well-researched and package in a digestible format. Even with the podcast episodes being over an hour I’m always left wanting a little more, so thankfully there’s the second half on YouTube. Thanks for the show, Matt!

In an online space filled with shows to listen to or watch, DOOMED is one of only a few of which I find compelled to tune into every episode. Matt Binder is funny, intelligent, articulate, and (most importantly) extremely curious. From his wide-ranging and fascinating interviews, to his spontaneous trips down various cultural rabbit holes, I can’t think of a better guide to follow as they rake through the muck of rightwing movements than Matt. Criminally underrated, valuable, and entertaining— give it a shot and you’ll be hooked.

Matt is a rad punk lefty who hosts excellent, well-researched interviews. His down-to-earth nature makes his shows so enjoyable to watch and engage with.

Matt does some of the most in-depth and well interpreted deep dives into the alt-right and other left leaning topics. His guests have incredibly valuable input, and the casual feel of the show makes it very relatable. Old Matt is a gem in the independent media world. Matt has such a good energy and it’s a pleasure to listen to this show. He brings in great guests and is one of the few progressive news commentators willing to wade into the right wing muck to meet them where they are. More importantly, he’s the kind of guy you’d want to get a beer with to talk about all this craziness in the world.

A real chill dude talking about what the crazy right wingers are up to each week. Matt does an amazing job researching each subject to keep his followers informed and has on some great interviewees who are always experts on whatever the episode is about. Punks forever, homie 🤘

Matt warned us about Gamergate before anyone else caught on to the threat it posed. More recently, he's been the first to report on the major forces behind QAnon, the anti-vax movement, and a new group called Groypers. If you want to be one step ahead of the machinations of the far right, Doomed should be your go-to for info. Great job, Matt!

He tackles topics in a way that gives you more insight into them, especially from a younger point of view. From white supremacist factions online to the shady funding of groups like the Federalist Society. You will definitely learn something new.

I listened to this podcast and it was extremely boring. Also the fact that you brought on David Futrelle is disgusting. David had allowed feminists to dox my and share my Address on his website and he banned me.
