Anyone over 200 pounds will be able to burn 800 calories per hour doing this Jane Fonda-esque type of exercise. It targets your leg muscles--the largest muscle group in your body--and pushes your heart as well for the perfect muscle-building/cardio routine. Most people will need to step into the ring for real to burn upwards of 800 calories in an hour, but those over 200 pounds can burn off that many calories just by sparring with a partner for an hour.
