What a moron. Neanderthal dog training. This guy has zero education and zero certification. He is the poster child for regulation in the dog training industry. Anywhere else in the world this guy would be in jail for abuse and animal welfare crime. The sad part is he believes his own B.S.

Jeff has a heart of gold for people and their dogs. He truly cares about families struggling with their dogs behavior. If you have tried the rest and it’s not working, listen, learn and apply Jeff’s methods. You and your dog will benefits from his approach in more ways than you can imagine. Truly balanced, his methods include tons of positive reinforcement training but he also teaches you how to truly stop unwanted behaviors. Jeff is kind, caring and humane in his approach. He is upfront, honest and totally transparent in his methods. I have personally been to a seminar of his and witnessed him helping owners who have been struggling for years with their dogs bad behaviors. Ignore the hate speech on social media. It’s not coming from anyone he’s helped. It’s coming from people who would vote to take away our ability as dog owners to choose how we train our dogs. His podcasts and media posts are mainly about how to stop unwanted behaviors because that’s what people ask him about. Taken out of context it would seem he’s all about correcting dogs. But keep in mind that the majority of what any trainer like Jeff does is positive reinforcement training. Listen, learn, get to know and judge for yourself. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

I am a first time dog owner and and have an 11 month old Standard Schnauzer whom we adore. We spent months preparing for him- watching every training video out there and stocking up on an endless supply of treats and toys...because those are the two things you need for training, right??! Well needless to say, our little guy was running me after a short time. He learned quickly and knew all the commands I had taught him using treats and rewards; he would just pick and choose when he would listen to them. There was constant concern that he would jump on someone, nip the kids, run off outside, and we could not leave him home alone without endless barking in his crate (not super conducive to condo living). I stumbled upon Jeff’s training (thank God) and everything changed.....and it changed within one day and took about a week to completely correct all of these behaviors. Life is amazing now as we are enjoying this dog SO MUCH!!! He is relaxed and obedient and loving being able to be off leash and have the freedoms he could not before. Don’t buy into the other garbage out there. Just like kids, dogs need love, structure and discipline in order to be happy and free of anxiety. When our dogs are misbehaving, not only do we get overcome with frustration but they are actually suffering. Jeff shares so much information all free of charge and I cannot thank him enough. I urge you to not give up on your dogs and follow his protocols and you will have a happy, healthy home and relationship with your dog!! The frustration will end and it will end almost immediately!

As a handler and now trainer, I really enjoy listening to Jeff's streams and Podcasts as Im driving. Be sure to watch his how to videos. He really gets it. His training is really saving dogs lives by equipping owners with guidance and keeping those "troublesome" dogs out of shelters. Badly behaved dogs create so much stress to households especially when guests come over. Applying his concepts help create a more mannerly dog and reunites the entire family.

This guy has the guts to say what anyone interested in the mental and physical wellbeing of any dog needs to hear. Jeff is a gifted communicator, acting as a translator between the dog and human species. He uses a balanced approach that teaches people how to interact with their dogs in a way they are eager to understand. Watch his video content and notice the sweet relief of troubled dogs who are finally understood and treated fairly for the first time. Other "trainers" are either uninformed or too afraid/dishonest of losing customers ($$$) to reveal the "how" and "why" of developing a reliable dog who is a pleasure to be around. This review was based on the plethora of free content Jeff provide but I hope his team comes to NC soon!

We were at our wits end with our rescue puppy until we found Jeff’s website and social media links. I listen to his podcasts on my hour long commute to work and the advice is real, sincere and it works!! Thank you Jeff for all you do for dog owners all over the world!

Jeff's show is always informative and humorous at the same time. He also has a very caring and serious side when it comes to dog training and the right way to do things. I am really happy to have found his page and gotten plenty of great advice. We need more Jeff Gellman's in the dog world! Thanks for all you do.

Simple. Balanced. Easy. Dog owners have no excuse for unruly dogs if they know your methods. They don't require a lot of scientific thinking. Don't require treats, dogs, bribes, and the like. Only real world solutions for real worth daily situations. Have listened to Jeff for a very long time now, he's my biggest idol.

Top shelf, Jeff. My wife and I listen weekly here in Wisconsin. She's just starting out on her journey to be a real-life dog trainer, and your podcast, web site, and online videos and such have been very helpful, and taught both of us a lot. And our dogs are benefiting even more. Keep up the great work! We'll keep listening.

This show is not only very informative about dog training but it is very entertaining. Jeff does a great job mixing humor into his program with real world dog training.
