Vera Stepina recently had a good interview with Scott Whipple, one of her clients who joined the military. They talked about finding happiness and making decisions. He stated that people are never fully happy because we're always looking for a change, and with something, we aren't satisfied. Also, they talked about getting older, being afraid to make decisions, the difference between a mature and an immature person, enablers in a relationship versus an unsupportive partner, being much wiser, and having the wisdom to have a greater perspective in controlling your emotions.
