Building any business is hard, and building a business with you as the figurehead and upholder of all things good in your company is harder. You will make mistakes, "fail," and come up against challenges you were not prepared for. That is a fact, but how you learn from those failings and always strive to do better is how you will grow your brand. Forgetting the inherent perfectionism that comes with entrepreneurship, and when your brand is a reflection of you and what you stand for. It can be scary just to "go for the friggin' gold."
