From Geography graduate to IG specialist.  I find out how she started her career in overseas charity Concern Worldwide, took the leap into consultancy. Since then Karen has  held many interim Director roles for NI's much loved charities including NI Chest Heart and Stroke, NI Hospice and why one such role in an arts organisation is her most cherished.
