Today we talk about the importance of knowing our own truth. Identifying how the addict in our life manipulates us through their lies and confuses our truth , but how we can gain back our truth and how this helps us make necessary changes to our decision making.

I just really needed to let my frustration out today, I have lived with and supported my son for over 12 years now he has just been released from jail into our care and still we cannot get him the mental health needed the detox the rehab nothing because he is on methadone and there is no exit plan for methadone users,no government supported facilities for detox to be medically monitored as per required, unless you want to go on a never ending waiting list.

Finding that one thing that helps you fight on especially when supporting a loved one with addiction has taken everything out of you. You feel broken lost confused and empty, this segment helps you find hope in amongst the darkness.
