Miguel is the Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging Manager at Procore Technologies where he oversees Procore’s Training and Development strategy. He is passionate about sparking change & growth in others and placing a priority on Equity and Belonging. Miguel pays close attention to forensic data and Equity analysis in his approach, he is a collaborative leader, and has been described as kind, engaged, observant, savvy, hungry, dependable, passionate, intelligent, skillful, and extremely honest. On another note, Miguel has been making hip hop music since he was a kid and still loves to record and release music in his free time. He currently lives in Santa Barbara CA with his fiance and their mini Aussie Lily.
