Hey Loves!
This week we've got a truly inspiring episode as I sit down with Dicte Frost, a dear friend and powerful leader in this exciting moment of humanity's steps forward. She is one of the founders of an emerging intentional community called Earthbound Ecovillage.
"Earthbound is an upcoming ecovillage and think tank in Sweden centered around the 3 pillars of Conscious Relationships, Regenerative Living and Earth-Centered Awareness. It is a deep-end and wide vision of a center for grounded and land-based transformation and a pilot project for how we can create truly regenerative human and other-than-human communities."
In this episode we get into:
-what it means to be a founder of an ecovillage
-what is an ecovillage?
-systemic aikido and what it means to use the power of the current paradigm to create something alternative
-and obviously a bunch more

Hey Loves,
We have a lovely show this week with guest and dear friend Paul Schulz. Paul shares with us his personal journey with how gender and identification have brought him into a deep inquiry about his own nature of self. Essentially, through his enquiring about the nature of masculinity and his role in his family and society, he has come to get to know himself as a something beyond a man, but simply a human. Paul's journey is vulnerable, playful, honest and relatable and I so appreciate the time and energy he has put into to dismantling the expectations he was given throughout his life, in service of both his own growth, but also in support of those around him having a similar experience.
He's hosting a few beautiful workshops in Sydney, Australia that will take male identifying humans through a myriad of experiences designed to support them on getting clear about who they are and who they wish to be in the world. He's supporting a community of brothers and bringing men closer to each other and themselves.

What an epic episode!
This week I have Prisca on the show and she is just fantastic. We walk around our current society that has been created as a byproduct of colonialism
and the fetishization of the rational mind. We pick apart the hidden and covert conditioning that has programed the way we perceive reality and
how we interact with our neighbors, seeing them as competitors in them most basic sense; and we dream of a world where the underpinning beliefs
of our culture, produce harmony and mutual, symbiotic relationships
Prisca's intellectual vigor is so exciting as she gives a down to earth and grounded tone to the abstract and sometimes chaotic crisis that our world and culture are facing, and after this conversation I feel a great deal of hope for our species and our planet.
Come join us on our playful and earthy adventure, through the life and times of humans on planet earth

Im hoping this weeks sharing will support anyone who listens, to open their mind up to the potential of cultivating a unique and playful self pleasure practice. So if you've ever masturbated (which is like...every single human) and are looking to expand your self love practice in new, creative ways. This week I'm taking some time to reflect and harvest on these last couple weeks at Tamera, a research center and eco-village in Portugal that holds many research topics, one of which being the intersection of freedom and love. Through my own experiential bath into this communities culture, I came away with a couple of profound insights. I'd love to share some of these with you this week. We dive into a couple of core topics around communal living and how that impacts love relationships. We explore how to create a field of trust between people and what is the value of trust. Lastly we open up the topic of self dismantling and what it means to step out of who you think you are. This one is a beautiful summary of a very rich period of time and I'm so excited to share with with you all!Love love lovebodhiSupport the show
