Sometimes the best plans and ideas are put together from all the ideas from a group of people.  You need a team around you that is as excited and inspired as you by your plans. A great team will help you build a better product.  Working from home increased individual productivity but it also came with its share of challenges as well.  Human interaction is an important part of the working environment. You need to be able to see and talk with others to feel that connection and warmth.  Allowing employees to work remotely opens up your hiring pool to a broader audience. You can get the best talent from anywhere in the world. Whenever you introduce a new way of doing something, there will always be push back or people who don’t understand. If you don’t reach out and collaborate with others, you miss out on spontaneity and that could cause you to miss out on a great deal.
