While the world falls quiet outside,  my mind has been racing ...The COVID 19 crisis has sent this intrepid introvert into her basement, to contemplate the eerie quietude of the world and what it means for her own little life.

In order to combat my own brain's negative bias, I try and focus on some things that deserve my gratitude.
