This is a podcast done for educational purposes. Dr. Adriana Mattos (UCG/RUG) received Dr. Marjon de Vos and Prof. Joana Salles, as guests for the course "Disease". Both researchers are from the Faculty of Science and Engineering (FSE/RUG) and together they discussed about the interplay between the human gut and the soil microbiomes. Subjects like the relationship between the environment and humans, as well as how this might relate to states of health and disease showed the importance of "One Health" approaches for modern societies. Students questions on the subject were also addressed.
