I am joined by Chetina this week. We were closing out mental health awareness month and I thought It appropriate to talk about access of care. Chetina Hunter has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development, Minor in American Sign Language, Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, and a Certificate in Traumatology and Treatment.  Chetina believes that if you are informed, you have already won half the battle, but it’s what you do with that information that matters most, which is why she started offering mental health consultations. Chetina strives to reach as many individuals as she can by being her authentic self, showing that therapists are just like you, and therapy can be an amazing experience. Parents and caretakers I am talking to you on today.  Shout out to the out and proud babies embracing their intersecting communities. It's time out for us grown folks shunning, shaming, and ostracizing our queer kids.
