Jody Staruk rose quickly through the ranks at Consigli Construction, eventually becoming a project executive responsible for all stages of a construction project. She shares her experiences – including leading an all-female team on a project for the YWCA – as well as discusses the various opportunities for other women to find fulfilling careers in the construction industry.
