Love the realness
This is a great podcast by a dietitian who discusses the influences on our relationships with food and bodies and how we can partner with ourselves to counter these influences. I appreciate how real she is in sharing her story and lessons learned.

Love love love
As a fellow pediatric dietitian I love this podcast! It’s informative, but also lighthearted! One of the favorite parts of my Sundays. And I enjoy when they catch up at the beginning; makes me feel like we are all best friends:)

Good working mom content
I enjoy listening to the cohosts chat about their lives and working motherhood as two moms who work full-time in “traditional” jobs—they are very relatable. I like that the cohosts bring different perspectives and feel comfortable disagreeing and challenging one another. I enjoy the variety of topics that are covered, which go beyond nutrition though I do wonder if the podcast title is a little misleading as the content isn’t limited to dietetics.

Informative, easy listening
I started reading Nicole’s blog over a decade ago (😮) and just started listening to the podcast a few months ago. I usually listen on the go in the car and love the recipe ideas. The picky eater episode was especially helpful. I also like hearing about Nicole and Gina’s lives.

Love this Podcast!
I look forward to listening to Dietitians Dish each week, it’s a great podcast for any mom who cares about any type of family wellness at all. While I am personally interested in nutrition, I am not a dietician, nor do you even have to care much about nutrition to enjoy this podcast. Gina and Nicole are smart women and I enjoy their banter, stories, and helpful tips along the way. Ladies, thank you so much for your podcast. I hope the episodes keep coming!

Love this Podcast
I love listening to this. Although I don’t know either of these ladies it always feels like catching up with two friends. I’ve gotten so many helpful wellness tips but most importantly, they’ve shown me that you can be healthy at any size and that healthy does not equal complicated.

Good information, fun chat
I like the information! I can relate to the dietician in Columbus (because I live there) and we vacation in southwestern Michigan.

Hit or miss
Over time I’m finding myself less interested in this podcast. The food related episodes are very informative, however, feel very rehearsed. I’m less interested in the other topics.

Great food and health podcast!
I’ve come to love this podcast. I listen every Sunday morning while I grocery shop. Nicole and Gina are knowledgable, honest, and fun. I enjoy hearing about both parenting and nutrition topics. I always learn something new or get a new idea of something to try!

love this podcast!
This podcast was recommended to me by a fellow-RD! I enjoy listening to Gina and Nicole chat and hearing their latest recipe and product recommendations. As a pediatric dietitian without kids of my own, I appreciate hearing their perspectives on nutrition topics. Definitely worth listening and subscribing!

It’s so fun to hear two different perspectives on their interesting topics-anyone can relate to either host’s experiences. They cover a wide variety of intriguing subjects and they keep episodes light and joyful. Long-time Prevention RD reader.

Woo!
I love these two ladies and their chemistry together. As an RD myself, I love the RD talk, but I would enjoy it even if I wasn’t one.

Fun and informational!
Nicole has done a great job using this podcast to give the world access to modern diet information, whilst keeping this podcast fun and enjoyable. Every parent who cares about their children’s nutritional needs should regularly give this podcast a listen.

One of my favorites
This is definitely one of my favorite podcasts I listen to!

Fine for mom chat but not nutrition
This podcast has some entertaining discussion about mom life. The nutrition information is questionable and sometimes triggering. Improvements are possible by researching then increasing talk of HAES, intuitive eating, real health.
(Warning to other listeners- post a review with less than 5 stars and you will get criticized on the podcast.)

Relatable
I’ve been listening to these ladies for a while now. I actually have very little in common with them. I don’t have kids and I’m not from the Midwest. But they’re unpretentious and no topic seems to be off the table. It feels like I’m listening to friends having a conversation around the kitchen table and that’s pretty comforting for me right now. I’m sometimes surprised by their food advice (they seem to think dairy is an important food group), but I still get a ton of good ideas and sound advice/information from them.

Amazing!!
I have been following Nicole’s food blog for years and find it practical, fun, and my family loves the recipes! I have two of her cookbooks and started listening to the podcast a few months ago while on a road trip. I’ve worked my way through and her and Gina’s chemistry makes it engaging and fun, you feel like your hanging out with your friends but also learning things that are important and helpful while trying to raise my two small children! Keep up the great work ladies, you can tell this is something you love and you are great at it! Thank you for sharing your gifts with us!

a dose of information with a dash of humor, the perfect mix
Absolutely love listening to these gals chat it up about hot topics, life, and everything in between. I look forward to getting to work, booting up my computer, grabbing a cup of coffee, and starting the podcast. As an RD myself, I frequently find myself nodding along in agreement. When I’m not nodding along, I’m either cracking up or taking notes/learning something new. 10/10 would recommend. You will not be disappointed!!!!

I learned so much!!
Ladies, the latest episode 52, I learned SO much about gardening in different areas, and I’ve been gardening for 30 years or more. I planted 3 weeks ago, I’m in Phoenix area, so I love tending my seed and plant babies.
The recipes will all be tried as I gather ingredients, just as I try all of Nicole’s recipes. Oh, and I want to make lemon tarts now, sorry, Mark!
Loved having the guys on, was a nice surprise.
I very much enjoy listening and learning new things, you are very entertaining and my hubby even listens with me now.

Enjoyable and Informative
I started listening a year ago because I enjoy learning more about healthy eating and liked how informative this podcast is while still being entertaining. Now, as a new mom, I enjoy it even more and look forward to being able to implement more of Gina and Nicole’s tips as my son gets older and starts eating food.

One of my favs!
I started listening to this podcast only for about the past 2 months, started from the beginning and haven’t stopped! I really enjoy hearing these two ladies talk about their experiences and education in the dietician world as that is something I dreamed (and still do) of doing as a career because I do have a passion for it but also loving listening to these ladies talk about the reality of feeding ourselves and our families. With the struggle of picky eaters and maintaining healthy living this podcasts is such a refreshing and relaxed conversation I enjoy being a part of! ☺️ keep up the great work!

Fun and Informative Podcast!
RD should stand for Real Deal because these two registered dietitians are fun, informative, and non-judgmental. They’re both mothers of young children, so they’re in the trenches of feeding the family. They will help you to feel more confident and relaxed about the food choices you make. Definitely worth adding to your podcast lineup!

Straightforward and relatable content
Gina and Nicole have an effortless chemistry together that creates an easy flow throughout the whole podcast. There’s a ton of useful info in each episode. I have to say, really like the new product/recipe segment at the end.
I had always followed Gina’s blog for its straightforward and relatable content, and there is even more of that here in the podcast.
It’s extremely helpful to hear their sensible take on nutrition and it makes me feel better about the track I’m on. It’s not easy feeding a family with young kids, but Gina and Nicole tackle so many of the questions and concerns about nutrition. Highly recommend listening to those out there wanting something that’s practical and an easy listen.

Informative and fun!
I recently started listening to DDP after hearing about it on another favorite podcast (Girl Next Door) and was instantly addicted! I listened to one episode and then started from the beginning- I’m about half way through 2019. Nicole and Gina are in my age range and both have daughters that are close in age to my daughter, so it always feels like I’m listening to friends. I enjoy their podcast because they dish out good information without being too serious and not judgmental! Keep up the good work, ladies!!
